For this purpose,much theoretical and experimental attention has been paid to the binary compounds such as zinc-blende transition metal chalcogenides.Zinc-blende phases of MnAs,CrAs and CrSb have been fabricated successfully in the form of nanodots,ultrathin films,and multilayers,respectively.
